Insurance

We accepts a variety of insurance plans to help cover the cost of their services. However, because insurance coverage can vary, it's important for clients to contact Moving With HOPE directly to confirm whether their specific insurance plan is accepted. By doing this, clients can get detailed information on how their insurance can be used, what services are covered, and any potential out-of-pocket costs. This step helps ensure that clients are fully informed about their payment options before starting their rehabilitation journey.

FAQs

Moving With HOPE is a nonprofit physical therapy and wellness center that offers specialized, year-round rehabilitation services for individuals with physical disabilities. We are committed to providing high-quality care at an affordable price.

Our services are designed for individuals living with physical disabilities, including those recovering from neurological, orthopedic, or musculoskeletal conditions. We tailor our programs to meet the specific needs of each client.

We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of care through continuous staff training, use of advanced rehabilitation equipment, and individualized care plans. Our holistic approach ensures that we address both the physical and emotional aspects of rehabilitation.

We have locations in Shelton and North Haven, Connecticut. Both centers are equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and provide a welcoming environment for all clients.

We offer advanced rehabilitation equipment typically found in large hospitals but provide our services in a more intimate, community-focused boutique studio setting. Our sliding scale fee structure makes our services accessible to everyone, ensuring high-quality care is affordable for all.

A sliding scale fee structure means that the cost of services is adjusted based on the client's ability to pay. This ensures that our services are affordable and accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation.

Our highly trained staff, including exercise physiologists, physical therapists, and occupational therapists, are dedicated to guiding you through every step of your rehabilitation journey. They provide personalized attention, support, and expertise to help you achieve your goals.

We provide a wide range of services, including orthopedic and neurological rehab, adaptive yoga and Pilates, balance and strength training, physical and occupational therapy, fall prevention exercises, and hip replacement exercise programs.
